The military would have to hit all and I mean all artillery encampments
hard and pretty much simultaneously to avoid 100's of 1000's of deaths on the South Korean side. I have no doubt that if NK was attacked they would launch absolutely everything they have at Seoul and try to take as many as they could with them.
The problem is that I'm sure we know where the vast majority of their stuff is at but it's the 10% we dont know about that could really do some damage. Once that carnage is over what will happen to the millions of NK's that have no food, water or shelter? It probably leads to the largest humanitarian crisis the world will have ever seen. We would need a plan to handle that before the attacks.
